We are excited to announce that preseason workouts for the upcoming 2025 softball season will begin on Monday, January 6th, and will conclude before tryouts. While these workouts are not mandatory, they are HIGHLY encouraged to help prepare your daughter for tryouts and the season ahead.

The preseason will include 15 hour-and-a-half softball-specific strength and conditioning sessions with Coach Tony Incollingo of Speed Pursuit, along with 8 hour-and-a-half skills sessions with the Neshaminy coaching staff, focusing on both offensive and defensive skills. Additionally, there will be a special session for pitchers and catchers on Friday, February 21, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

This season, instead of paying per session, we will implement a flat fee of $160 for preseason workouts. This change will reduce the cost per session and simplify the sign-in process. Please note that there will not be an option to pay for individual sessions. If your family is experiencing financial difficulties, please do not let this prevent your daughter from attending. Feel free to email Coach Martoccio at smartoccio@neshaminy.org, and we will work together to ensure that everyone can participate.

Payment and waiver is due no later than the first day of workouts on January 6th, but can be dropped off to Coach Martoccio prior to that as well. Information regarding tryouts and necessary documentation can be found on the Neshaminy High School Softball Website.
