Middletown residents are being offered financial assistance for drug testing at a discount rate. The remainder of the cost will be funded with assistance from the Middeltown Community Foundation, the NAIVE Program, the Middletown Township Drug & Alcohol Commission, the Teen Task Force and the Township of Middletown.
